LDAP Authentication Support - Encryption Key: - The php_mcrypt extension must be.....

Hello All,

I have Ubuntu 6.06 installed with the latest version of SugarCRM... I am having great issues with getting the "Encryption Key:" field to beocme editable under the LDAP AUTHENTICATION area within "System Settings"... My LDAP logins are working fine for all MS Domain users but I am having trouble getting the outlook plugins to work with Sugar, which I think is related to not having the Encryption Key configured.

I have installed the following and still I am no closer to finding the issue and getting the "Encryption Key:" box to be editable

The outlook plugin's I am trying to get working are -

Both above plugins only get the information back when the user is configured as "admin" (non ldap user), any other LDAP user cannot see any data through the plugins.

Found what I need to install to get the "Encryption Key:" field editable -

php5-mcrypt

Hope this helps someone in the future
