LDAP and eDirectory?

Hi Guys

I'm setting up a test environment here, to test out the SugarCRM integration to GroupWise provided by Omni in Canada.
I'm however a bit confused about the configuration of LDAP.
We have eDirectory of course, we have a working LDAP (of course), so I wanted to just add the LDAP authentication, but I seem to be a bit off here.
OS: Netware 6.5
Apache 2.0.59
PHP 5.2.1
SugarCRM 4.5.1G (Build 1003)
MySQL: 5.0.27

I've entered the following into system settings:
Server: IP of server
Port Number: 389
Base DN: ou=department, o=mp
Bind Attribute: cn
Login Attribute: uid
Authenticated User:
Authenticated Password:
Auto Create Users: Y
Encryption Key:

But I get an error when I try to log in.

Any input on this?
