Default Lead/call behavior when assigned to another user

    Hi,

I recently inherited a SugarCRM setup and I was wondering if the following is 'normal' behavior for my particular release:
When our sales staff creates a lead/call and then assign it to someone else (and set ownership of it to the other person), they still see this entry on their own calendar.

Is this an error, or is this intended design (thinking that people might want to follow-up on those calls assigned to others)?

    We have:
    SugarSuite Version 4.5.0h (Build 1239)
running on Fedora Core 7, MySQL & Apache
(though I believe it was originally an earlier version on Windows XP which was then got ported to 4.5.0h & Fedora)

Anyone? One member of my sales staff is giving me a hard time about it, but I can't really take action as long as I don't know if this is intended by design or not.

A reply would be greatly appreciated.

    intended by design.

creator is regarded as invitee even when assigned to someone else.

just remove the user from the call...
