Default Lead Conversion Issue - No Response from machine

    Hello everyone in support land,

I have a pretty sizeable issue that I can't seem to resolve.

I installed the system using the rPath Linux installer, here is what I currently have on the box:
    SugarSuite version 4.2.1b
    Webserver Apache 2.0.55
    PHP 4.3.11
    MySQL 5.0.22
My machine is running XP and the browser is Opera 9 and Firefox. I have also tested this on the Macs in my office and they are running Opera 9, firefox, and safari. The problem is in all versions on all platforms.

I cannot get past the "save" portion when I try to "convert lead". I have about 1500 leads in the system.

I pull up any one of them in my browser and click the "convert lead" button.

This takes me to the data entry screen where I have the option to append or delete data from the fields. I make the changes, or don't change anyhting, outcome is still the same.

Then I proceed to click on the save button at the bottom of the page. Nothing happens. No changes anywhere on the screen. Nothing gets processed, no error message, nothing. Its as though it just ignores the command. This happens on every machine with every browser I've tried.

I updated Sugar with the latest patch. I emptied the cache in every browser I tried. I can't seem to get this conversion issue with the leads resolved.

I ran the diagnostics and there were some error messages with the bean files:
NO! --- DynamicField is not an index in $beanFiles
NO! --- CustomFields is not an index in $beanFiles
NO! --- Audit is not an index in $beanFiles
These 3 lines were the nos from the bean files file. If they aren't related to my issue, does anyone know what they mean and how to fix them? I assume we want these fields to be an index, correct?

Also, I have about 2000 entries of the following in my sugarcrm.log:
Mon Jul 31 19:00:49 2006,487 [2260] FATAL SugarCRM - Error fetching relationship from cache quotes_shipto_accounts
Does this have any possible connection?

Thank you so much for any help or attempted help in advance!
    Ben

I also forgot to mention that I installed a module for project duplication:
SugarCubed: Project Task Copy module 4.2

I have not seen this issue yet in my testing on the rPath appliance. If anyone thinks this is specific to that install let me know. It would be very interesting to know if anyone has reproduced this on the appliance or on another type of install.

Do you think this is specific to the rPath install? I could install, say Ubuntu and LAMP and then retry it if you think that would solve the problem. Has anyone seen it be totally unresponsive like this for anything else?

I also found another thread that had a somewhat similar problem that was solved by removing then re-installing Flash. I tried that and it didn't work either.

So I logged onto Sugar this morning to do some more testing and what do ya know? This issue has magically resolved itself. Maybe it was something that just reset itself. The computer gods have smiled upon me, at least for now,
