Lead Export Timeout

Hi,

I'm having problems trying to export my leads (only 270 in total presently but growing by the day).

When I've selected all, and then clicked the export button I then choose to save the leads.csv file to my computer.

I get the familiar looking download type pop up but it just sits there for a while at 99% and then eventually I get a timeout message saving that the connection with the server was reset.

I was wondering if this was some sort of PHP config issue caused by my host restricting export file sizes or something?

Could someone advise if that could be the cause and how I could resolve it so I can contact our host and ask them to make the necessary changes?

Just to add... I'm running the latest version of the Community Edition.

I had this problem for a long time. Now in stable 5.2.0i the export works.
Which version do you run exactly?

did you check all paths in config.php and .htaccess ?
perhaps there is a wrong reference?
What happens if you download a simple csv-file from your sugar installation?

I'll have a look into that today. Do I need to check anything specifically?

Not that familiar with the infrastructure but I do understand that the app is hosted on a Windows server so I believe the .htaccess files aren't used under windows?

Updated to the version 5.2.0j this morning.
