Lead import

I have tried both comma and space delimited files.

When I complete the import I receive the following:

I receive it even if I just select the last name as the only data imported and leave the rest - Do Not Map This Field -

No data is imported.

Any and all help appreciated, I need to import around 300 leads.

I have the same issue and have put in a case with Sugar and still haven't heard anything.
I am on 4.51b
