Lead List

I tried searching forums, didn't really find what I was looking for. What I'm trying to accomplish, is when a user creates a lead, is it possible for lets say, if another use logs into his account an hour later to see the same lead that I see? or is it a new lead list for each user account. Basically I want everybody to be able to see the same lead list.

What do you mean by "a new lead list for each user account"? Friend when the database is same, all users will view the same data, won't they? So, you can just try creating a new user and test using that login.
