Lead search for all, doesn't work..Help!

Hi,

I was able to do search all on either Lead source, Lead description, or Assigned to, by selecting the blank (first top row by default).

Recently I changed the display to those '-blank-' with the word 'Any' in dropdown editor, just for the sake that people may not be confused when doing the Lead search for all.

Since then I cannot search all again, even if I changed back to '-blank-' still not working.

Any opinion about this?

where did you apply that change?
After that, did you take the proper Repair actions?
