I have a site where I have incoming leads with job proposals from a webform. These jobs are distributed between different accounts. The purpose of these accounts is to contact the lead and give the lead a good deal .
So what do I need?
I need a way to relate a lead with max. 5 accounts. When this is done I need to generate a mail to the lead with 5 account info (name, mail address …). At the same time I need to generate a mail to these 5 accounts with the lead info.
How it works now
I have 5 fields in the Lead edit view where I copy/paste the account info. I then have a status dropdown where I change it to 'In process' when I then save the lead a mail is generated to the lead with the account infos by using Process Manager (PM).
The next step is to send a mail to the account with the lead info. I have 100 accounts so I manually had to create 500 processes (because I needed to create 5 dropdowns) and a dropdown with 100 accounts. I continually get new accounts so imagine in the long run. In the lead 'edit view' I have 5 dropdowns with accounts , so if I choose account1 in the dropdown a mail is generated to the lead with the account info.
The third thing I do is to select x number of accounts in the leads subpanel in order to relate the lead with the accounts.
It took me some time to get this far and I can't get my head around this one. How do I go from a semi-automated to a full automated process. This might need some heavy coding or is there a work around that I have not deciphered yet?
I have Sugar CE 5.5.4 installed
I attached two PDF's that illustrates what I tried to explained above. Maybe this is more comprehensive cause I'm not sure I made any sense

Any suggestions are welcome![]()
