    Default LeadCapture errors after update to 4.21

    Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in D:\inetpub\mywebsite\crm\modules\DynamicFields\Dyn amicField.php on line 212

    This error occured on a clean install of 4.21, with a web form that worked fine with 4.20d

    Please advise....

    I have the exact same problem. Everything worked great before I updated to 4.2.1
