    Default Leads accidentally deleted

    Hi there,

Accidents happen and I was wondering how to recover leads once they have been deleted from the system, not the database. We are using version 4.2.1a open source. I accidentally pressed delete when trying to assign leads to another person which means that I had selected all the leads and pressed delete instead of assign. Is there anything that can be done? HELP

As far as I know, the datasets are only softdeleted. Open up your database in phpMyAdmin or any other database tool and look into the leads table. The second column holds the field 'deleted'. Deleted datasets are marked with the value '1'. Change this value to '0' for every dataset you want to recover. Generally it is wise to backup your database first, before directly editing it.
