Leads..Assigned to Select box disappeared.

I am using Sugar 4.5.1 and I was in the Leads Edit view and was adding some fields and now my assigned to , with the select box is disappeared. How can I get it back. I tried looking in the right side where there are other fields to drag and drop but I couldn't find it there. Could someone help.

I do have a similar problem, but my problem is report_to field

Anyone know how to fix this?
