Hi all,

I currently have all our Sales Admin creating leads for our Sales Account Managers, however I have found that some of the Sales Admin team have been assigning Leads to themselves.
Therefore is there a way I can ensure that leads are only assigned to a Sales Account Manager (They have there own role within sugar) before the record can be saved?

There's nothing built in to handle that but there are a couple of methods of coding such a change. The most effective may be having an ajax call happen on save to verify that the assigned user is a member of the Sales Account Manager role. If not then display an error and cancel the save.
