Which leads can I see in listview

I would like to understand the logic for seeing leads (or any other record that has team_id and assign_to_id).

When I go into list view, how exactly are the leads that I see filtered? I know that deleted = 0 is one filter. I guess the team_id of the lead has to correspond to one of the teams that the user is in. How does the assign_to_id affect the list? And are there any other fields that affect this list?

Hello,

by default, all users should be able to see all non-deleted leads as long as they belong to the Team that the lead is assigned to (for Pro and Ent). If there are any Roles set up in the system, then a user might also be bound to only view the records that are assigned to them.
