Hello,
When a lead is added to the system, sometimes, you do not know yet all information about the potential customer (e.g. his phone number). Once you enter into a business relationship with that customer and have opportunities, you can convert the lead into a contact. The customer still exists as a lead in the system, but also exists as a contact.
However, there are identical fields between the contact and the lead. If you update the phone number for the customer as "contact", it won't get updated for the same customer as "lead". So that you have to update the same phone number at both places.
Is that intended or is the normal behavior to delete the lead once it has been "converted" ?
