Hi,
I imported a csv file with a handful of Leads, it imported (leads) successfully and I can see the Leads list as admin but my assigned user who is not an admin cannot see it.
I assigned Global (Team) for viewing and the actual user tag is assigned to the Leads imported however the user still has a blank Leads List and only admin can see the list even though Global and user are tagged for these leads.
I imported the Leads under the User login not admin, but that should work? User has full standard permissions.
Funny enough my other users can see the Leads List including admin but the assigned user (assigned from within Sugar) and all the Leads show as being assigned to this user in sugarcrm this particular user simply cannot see any Leads in the Leads tab or Leads List!
This User can only see the Leads if he has admin priviliges set but as a normal user cannot see Leads!
Using Sugar On-Demand via web.
Have not seen this in a faq or wiki so please help.
Please advise.
