Leads list with calls

I´m using sugar_crm 5.1.0 into a active call center. My operators uses sugar to see to witch leads to call and then registry the call.

There´s any way to get a report of leads and list the number of calls those leads allready have?

I´ve tryied zuckerreports but it seemed to dificult for this task. I´m looking for something simplier.

any tips?

Hi JungleLima,

The simplest solution is SugarCRM Pro, which comes with a very useful Reports module.

Another fairly simple solution is to use Excel to report on the data in your MySQL database. Google Excel ODBC Pivot Tables.

You could also write the SQL queries, and a simple PHP script that formats the dataset into an html table, or use PhpMyAdmin to run the queries.
