leads module

Dear all, i am running Version 6.1.0 (Build 5389) , in the leads module, there is Account Name filed, what i want to do basically is to make that text input populate all account in an autocomplete text input, like wise the campaign autocomplete. will that be possible by any means? i have tried various ways and they all failed.
