Leads Module Doesn't Load After Studio Edits

Hi, I am pretty new to Sugar. I've added some new lead fields and used the studio to change the layout of the lead details page. But everytime I make any change, the lead module fails to load. In fact, I get a "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error". And my lead forms don't work either. This problem seems to randomly go away after about 20 minutes, but I am weary to make any more changes. Can anyone help, please?

which sugar version are you using? Database version? Webserver type? PHP version?
Please post more information
