I'm new to SugarCRM but I spent several days and hours studying and reading on the subject.
Unfortunately i did not achieve what I want, and I hope to find some answers here.

I have installed the last version on my domain, community version, its the latest version and in English.

This is what I need to do:

Create a web form requesting personal information (name, surname, phone, email and "comments") and at the end of the form a question that has 15 checkboxes as possible answers where the user must select one or more options. Each checkbox corresponds to a vendor

These options correspond to different vendors, and when the form is sent by the user, then that Lead needs to arrive at the email of the selected vendors.

For example:: if the user selected vendor1, vendor6 vendor3 using those checkboxes in the web form, thenvendor1, vendor6 vendor3 should receive the data from that LEAD in their emails.

Once the lead, it should automatically receive an autoresponder to be built dynamically. This autoresponder will contain the contact info of each of these vendors that the lead has chosen.
Continuing the example, then the autoresponder will contain vendor1, vendor6 vendor3 contact information.

Finally, vendor1, vendor6 vendor3 need to have access to the backend in SugarCRM where they can see their "lists of leads" assigned. In this case only the vendors 1, 3 and 6 can see this lead.

OK, it seems much more complicated than it should be, it really should not be difficult to implement.
