Leads round robin?

Hi there

Leads are generated though virtua mart and written directly into the mysql database. Works 100% as we assigned the leads to a group user and people needed to go and pull leads. But the problem came up that sales people only pulled through leads that looked good and not the others.

So i need to do a sort of round robin of the leads assigned to.

Any help? suggestions?

Yes this loks freat but is triggered by a save action. When we create a lead via web to lead does in not bypass the save action, or when we import from another sales programme via apatar into sugar?

What about the idea to write the leads through SOAP in the Sugar database?
The SOAP interface uses the standard save-mechanism to store data.
An example for SOAP Access can be found in your installation in directory /examples.

It works via web-to-lead as well.

It was specifically designed with that in mind. It should also work if the lead is entered via SOAP.

I will start the implemantation this weekend and give you guys feedback on moday if it was succsesfull or not.

Angel this Round Robin plugin which looks very impressive does not work with 5.5.2? If yes can you tell me how?
I am getting an error when I upload it. If not can I just implement it manually somehow by copying the code and files manually for instance?

I am not surprised it doesn't work as I haven't touched it since 5.2 days.

You should be able to manually apply it is by extracting the logic hook files it contains and then manually copying them to /custom/modules/Leads
