Leads section

Hi friends,
i am new in sugarcrm.i want some help for customizing sugarcrm.
In leads section we get Lead List and if i select one name listed in this section it will show me the details.
in the bottom portion i find All/Marketing/Activities tab and i want to hide one of the tab from this section.
How can i do this plz help me.
My sugar version is 4.5
