Leads: is there a way to create pointer between leads to account?

Hi,
Is there a way when I open new lead, that new account the will be opened will inherit the some fields from the Lead I opened?
The same issue between leads to opportunities?

Hi, Hadasme.

You can Convert a Lead by clicking in "Conver tLead" into DetailView of current Lead.


This will allow you set a new contact, account and if you want a new opportunity.
All fields from Leads will be send to account and contact.
