    Default Leads - You don't have permission

    Hello everyone!

    I'm getting strange messages when browsing the leads pages from 1 to 2.
    "Forbidden
    You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server." - says the browser.

    And another issue is that when I try to repair the system with " Quick Repair and Rebuild" I get the page like the one in the picture attached to this message.

    This all makes me confused and frustrated since I have no idea how to fix these problems.

    For some reason I cannot add any leads to the prospect list.
    I'm trying to add with and without any filters but the list remains empty.

    Ideas?

    I would check/verify the file system permissions first to make sure you have the correct permissions. Also, I know there are issues with the Admin Repair functions when not using the US language pack. Are you using another language pack?

    Yes, I'm using finnish language pack.

    My guess is that permissions are ok, because I haven't changed them and the repair function worked earlier and there weren't so much "Forbidden" also.

    hello Jayzteroid,

    answer to ur problem which is shown in the image.

    the language file residing in administration module is missing some variables.. you can copy all necessary variables from English version.

    and dont forget to remove the language file from cache. otherwise the page will not reflect the changes.

    Thanks Heta.

    I compared the both language files - FI and US - and I wasn't able to figure out which ones are missing.

    Another problem concerning the leads is that when I do a new campaign and a prospect list, I cannot select any leads because the list is empty. I try to remove all the filter, but this has no effect.
    Sometimes the lead list appears and then I'm able to add them.
    I haven't figured out what is causing this disappearing.

    hello Jayzteroid,

    open file modules/Administration/language ..... both language files.

    find variables like...

    LBL_QUICK_REPAIR_TITLE

    if this variable is missing in ur FI language file & found in en_us.lang.php

    then copy and paste the values..

    likewise u have to search for all missing variables..

    i will look into the other problem too..

    Empty lead list problem - almost solved.

    Both IE and Firefox does not show some "+" symbol which opens the list.
    I didn't notice this, but a friend of mine using Safari was able to see it and gave me a hint.
    Maybe a CSS problem then?
