Limiting wide screens in Sugar

We have a number of "Subjects" in our History and Cases that are longer than 40 characters (or so). Because of this, when you view the History or Cases for an Account, the bowser screen becomes very wide. While it is easy to scroll around on the screen, I would rather have the screen conform to the confines of the screen.

Is there a parameter I can set up in Sugar Pro that will limit screen width by truncating data on the screen, especialy on lists like the History?

While the screen isn't perfectly formatted (I am soooo picky!), it's much to readable than before.
