link buttons [>][>>] in the list view error

hi all
I am using 5.2.0a
I have created 50 users.
when i login as an admin the the nextpage button and last page button are woking fine for the employee module.
but when i login as an user and click on the employee then the list of 20 employees appear and the next [>] button and last [>>] button is not working.
I wonder how to solve such problem

This problem is still not solved.
This problem is associated with employees module only for non admin users.
But for other modules it is working fine

And this problem is in 5.2.0f as well.
