Is it possible to link e-mails (inbound and outbound) to BOTH an account and a contact without using an external mail client and plug-in? My potential users (who saw their first demo today) complained BITTERLY about the idea of using ThunderBird and then having to take action to link the e-mail to the contact and account.

I want the e-mails linked to the contact (for obvious reasons), but also to the account since anyone who looks at the account history should be able to immediately see a listing of ALL the history.

Anything going on in this area?

I am running SugarCRM CE 5.0.0f on Windows.
