Linking Multiple Dropdowns

I am new to Sugar and have been able to customize everything that I have needed to except for this problem.

I apologize if im not 100% clear or using the correct terminology

In contacts i need to be able to filter search results by three dropdown fields which help us target contacts for campaigns.

What i need to happen is when i select a value from the Division dropdown, that a subdivision dropdown allows further filtering of those contacts as we as a third sub sub division dropdown. Like a filtered array.

Ive looked for two days and cant find a solution.

Please help or ask additional questions to clarify my problem.
