Links not working

I've just installed Version 6.2.0beta3 (Build 6247).

The link to "Marketing", "Support", "Activities", "Collaboration" are not working. When I click on one of those links, any of them, it goes to whatever current page I'm on.

However, the sub-menu items work: "Account", "Contacts", "Opportunities", "Leads".

Also, I can get to the activities module by manually typing in "index.php?module=Activities&action=index&parentTa b=Sales". Then when I try to click on "Marketing", "Support", "Activities", "Collaboration" it goes to the current page; "Activities".

Is this a known issue? I couldn't find it by search the forums.

I had the same problem. Changing permissions of the following file to 666 seemed to fix the issue:
/public_html/sugar/Sugar/cache/themes/Sugar5/js/style-min.js

I have the same problem but did not resolve. After installing I did a recursive chmod to 0755 as I was not getting the graphical interface when logging on. Don't know if that has any implication on the rest of the system. Changed permission of the above file to '0666', however still does not resolve. Could anyone out there please assist.

Are you talking about a fresh install or an upgrade? For a fresh install, changing the Folder permission generally is enough to fix this problem. If this was working before, other added modules that you may have added/installed may have overwritten file permissions after it was installed.

Also, many a time, doing a fresh re-install will be a good cure for all this kind of errors. Any further specifications you can provide?

This recent install has been a real B!t[h.

Permissions and owernship have caused two days of grief. So glad that other's such as pglenday have shared their fixes!!
