List View Not Working

The list view for opportunities and Campaigns does not show anything. All other modules list view displays properly. Same symptoms for dashlets. Here is what I have tried or checked.

-Click the clear search button to remove search parameters
-Ran all repair options in admin-->repair
-Have 3 custom fields in opportunities and 2 in campaigns
-confirmed these fields show up in table fields_meta_data
-confirmed these fields show up in respective _cstm tables
-deleted all custom fields in these 2 modules. same result
-Have 4 custom fields for leads and list view works fine
-Folder permissions are set to 755
-File permissions for config.php and other files in same directory are 644
-View/edit/access permissions in sugar for user are set to ALL
-Created opportunity by converting lead AND creating new opportunity without converting lead. nothing.
-Opportunities and campaigns only viewable from 'last viewed' toolbar or from lead detail view

Not ready for another clean install. Please help

Update. All of my opportunities were tied to one account. When I clicked on that account this message was at bottom:

Fixed.

Sugar had trouble creating 2 custom integer fields. 1 in campaigns and 1 in opportunities. Don't know why. Manually created fields and everything cleared up.

FYI. Post your problems in the forum and you get smarter and end up fixing your own problems.
