    Default List View Problem

When I change the list view for accounts, the changes are reflected on my employees screen, but not mine (administrator). When I check accounts, it remains at the default view. Can anyone give me some insight on how to have the new list view reflect on my account? (PS: changing list view works fine on different modules)

    Thanks in advance!

    John

odd - was playing with list views and changes were not occuring. It's exactly the same thing. The accoutn with admin rights that created the new view canot see it - but standard accounts can.

I had the same problem although I never checked with another user. I added a column to the list view as admin and checked the result => same view as before.

But when I displayed the tab "Saved Search & Layout" the new column was listed in "Display Columns".

I clicked once on "Search" and the list was okay.

Works for me - though I have other problems with custom fields not showing up in the listview selectors and errors on trying to generate the list view column labels. I'll post in another thread with similar issues.

    Thanks

Just thought I'd check this as I'm very new to Sugar (basically just playing with it for a few weeks to see what it does) and was a bit shocked with the result!

I assume this should be the same for all users including Admin?

Red face Re: List View Problem

I was wondering if this was ever solved? I am having this same problem in the Campaigns Listview, except only certain users are able to see the updated ListView.

    I'm currently running 4.5.0e

I've found that if a user has used a previous view, thaen any global changes will not be reflected until a completly new search has been made. So as admin, just try hitting the 'search' button again and if that doesn't help, go to "saved search and layout" and hit 'search' from there.

    I'm having a similar problem.

    Version 4.5.0f (Build 1202)

As an administrator, if I go to Admin > System Settings and then change the "Listview items per page:" to another number, say 10, then save....it shows the number 10. However, if I visit another tab, then revisit the System Settings, the "Listview items per page:" variable is reset to the default "1".

How can I change this variable and why isn't it saving? Is it a permissions issue? Can I change it directly in the database?

    Thanks in advance,

    -Brett
