List View shows only one entry

Hi,

can someone tell me how to change the List View in Leads so that I see more than one entry at the time???

I have to click the next button to see the next entry, but I would like to see at least 10 entry's at the time.

The same happens with the custom field list. Only one entry is shown.

Can someone please help me???
