Listing the dormant acounts.

Hello,I'm evaluating Sugar CRM to intruducing our Sales team.
They desire to make up the list of the dormant acounts for re-approach.
I couldn't find the feature in the Sugar.
Is there search option in the account who have no updateing on the histry record and the activity record for a long time?
Otherwise It's great to create lead from those accounts.
