loading patch for 5.2d

hi when i try to load the patch d it runs through steps 1 - 3 but then just hangs and eventually ends up http://41.207.250.18:83/devcrm/index.php but with a blank screen. i can see the tabs etc. so i press on admin again and it still says upgrade available 5.2d


please help
