Location of file(s) for "vanished" Drop-Down fields

Hi all - The Drop-Down list for just 1 field has "vanished" and is empty. It just "disappeared" while I was entering a new value & got a script error. I just want to restore it from backup
Does anyone know the file location of teh Drop-Down Field Values ?

I'm in the middle of completely rebuilding an install due in large part to this issue. I wish I could figure it out.
