I changed the call section to best fit the companies needs, then i go and log a call but i cant save it why is this ??![]()
i see that when i take out the duration tab i cant save it. How can one change this. how can i add in 1-60 as i cant see my call lady sitting on the phone in duration of 15 min a call. So how can i change this to add more options.
Yes ! Thanks for that. The duration field MUST be present in the editview layout of a Call. If not, it won't save when edited.
