Log File Not Showing Username but User ID!

Hi there! I was wondering if someone could help me please.

Sugar is logging the user-id of my users and not their username or name. For example user id of 27d4f44e-32bf-e3ce-eaa7-498c183f9369 instead of the username jpotter.


Why is it doing this and how can I fix it?
