Hello,

I am in need of changing the 'possible actions' options in the inbound email setup. Currently, our organization uses the 'create case' as a possible action, but would like to have an option other than 'round-robin' or 'least-busy' for assignment. I understand that this will take some programming, I was just wondering if someone could tell me where the logic is at so that I don't have to search through all the code to look for it. Once I get there I will be able to make the necessary changes to fit our needs.
