logic hook for actions after a record save

has anyone done any work regarding a logic hook for actions that need to be triggered after a save?

The logic hook is the "after_save"

In the sugar wiki there is a article explaining logic hooks in sugar 5.0

I don't see that article anywhere in the Wiki.
There's stuff for before_save but nothing about after_save.
