LogIn Issue: After Login - White Screen Appears; Sugar does not start anymore!

Hello everybody,

after the login screen where you enter User Name and Password the application does not start anymore.
Instead the browser switches to a completely white page and stops there.
Does anyone know the problem and knows what to do to solve it?

Any idea is very much appreciated!

Blank pages like that usually mean there is a problem with the PHP configuration. Most likely an issue with the session.save_path setting being set to a directory that the web server cannot properly access or the memory settings are set too low.

Give you PHP.INI a look and adjust accordingly.

session.save_path = "N;/path"

I would turn on php error reporting then hopefully the problem will display on screen

That doesn't look like a valid path to me. You need to update it to reflect a valid path and one that the web server would have access to, then restart your web service.
