Good evening,
SugarCRM installed on a Windows 2003 Server with Apache and Mysql. The login page is opening, but when I type the username and password, not the Sugar log. He returns to the login page and displays no error message. Even when I type a user that does not exist, Sugar does not inform the user is in error.


I'm using a base which already owns several registered users. But this machine is on a Suse.

Anyone have any clue what I can see in this case?

You might be having a problem with PHP sessions. The behavior you describe seems to indicate PHP is not able to establish the session, either because you need to adjust your permissions to allow PHP to do so or the path that PHP is attempting to use to do so doesn't exist.

Check you PHP.INI file and take note of the session.save_path setting. Double check that the user under which Apache is running has full access to that directory.

Please try to log-in using different browser say try out on Mozilla fire fox, since we had this issue with IE browser....and if that's the case refer link below Post No # 15 might help you,
