Login textbox disabled on SugarCRM

OS : Fedora 6
SugarCRM : 4.5.0h
Apache : 2.2.3-5
PHP : 5.1.6-3.4.fc6


The installation has been running great fore a many weeks, but now the login textbox on the login page is disabled and user can not get access to the server. Can anyone give me some guidance on where to look for a solution?

Can you post a screenshot? I don't know of any code that specifically disables the login textbox-- I'd like to see what it looks like.

Here is a PDF of my login screen, everything look normal except you can't type anything in the login textbox.

Would a user modified anything to cause that type of problem.
