Logo Images Special Format?

Do logo images have to be the specific png format in the specific size to load? or is the application smart enough to resize common image files to scale?

I just loaded our comapany logo that was roughly the same size as the default sugar logo and it worked with no issues.

I found that it loads with same aspect ratio, Which could make it strange looking if logo is not close to same aspect ratio. I could not get it to swich as long as I stayed logged on. After closing out and logging in again, the logo appeared. Thanks, HCG

Seems like it would be better to save correct aspect ratio and shrink to largest possible size in available space. HCG
