Logo problems after new version installed

I just ubgraded my Sugar OpenSource to the latest version, 4.5.1d and now I cannot seem to uload a logo anymore? Why is this happening?

My guess would be file permissions. Particularly on the /cache directory. Also you might want to check out the includes/images directory (doing this from memory here, something like that). Of course if you can get to that directory, you can replace the logo file directly
