Hey everyone. I am looking for a call log book so the receptionist can log all incoming messages into sugar. Do you think I should have her use the Leads feature or is there something that is better suited?

One suggestion would be to use the Notes functionality to track the calls. That would allow you to link it to the appropriate contact/account, but not assign it to a user.
If you need to also be able to assign it to a user, so as to alert them of the fact, you could try logging it as a scheduled call or task.

Yeah, i was hoping there might be something a little more user friendly. Something that would mimic a standard paper call message.
