Looking for upgrade path from 4.2.0x to 4.5.0b

I have taken over technical support of a SugerCRM OpenSource instance from one of my clients.

He was still using 4.2.0a when I took over. One of my goals is to move his instance to 4.5. The thing is, I can't find the proper upgrade file. I already applied a patch to get to 4.5.0d, with no problem.

I did find "SugarSuite-Upgrade-4.2.0-to-4.2.1c.zip" but when I try to apply it through the upgrade wizard, I run into a snag. The program appears to be uploading, but after a while it displays the message "Please specify a file and try again!" on the initial Upgrade wizard screen. It looks like it is somehow not catching.

Can anyone shed some light on this situation?

OS: FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE
Sugar Suite now: 4.2.0d (wanting to upgrade to 4.5)
PHP: 4.4.4
MySQL: 4.1.21

OK, hold on, I think I may have overlooked something. I suspect the probllem I'm experiencing has to do with the fact the max upload file size in php is set too small! I'm contact my hosting provider to find out more.

That solved it, my tech guy changed the max upload file size to 10M and now uploading worked. After I post this message, I'm going to hit the Install button (somehow it always feels like a million things can go wrong when I do that).

It went fine, no problems. In the past, I've seen cases were somehow not all directories and files were writeable, so the upgrade would stop somewhere in the middle and I'd be stuck with a broken system. But this time all is well. Now I'm at 4.2.1c and can continue updating towards 4.5.0b.
