Hi, I have Sugar 4.01e running on Linux. Recently I noticed that one of my Account Name description disappeared from the Case module in Sugar. In addition, to the Account Names description disappearing I have noticed that I am missing records from my Case module.

When creating a case in Sugar I always create a Contact record to go with the case. Recently I noticed that there were 158 cases viewable in the Case module in Sugar. I have been using Sugar since January 1 2006 and I add approximately 3 to 4 records per day. When viewing my Contact module I have noticed that I have about 1318 records. Each record in the Contact module is linked to a record in my Case module. Can you tell me why I do not see all of my Case records? I believe the problem maybe a result of an index problem with MYSQL but I wanted to check with the Sugar community before perusing that avenue.
