Default Losing entry from QuickCreate to Full Form

I have added more fields to the Case Quick Create form so I can use it for most cases without going to the Full Form. I can create a new case with it and all is well. However, If I start to create the case with the Quick Create and then decide to go to Full Form, the data from the new fields do not transfer over to the Full Form like the original fields do. How do I get them to transfer over?

I'm wondering about the same question. I've entered a new field (simple text field) in my quick create form. If I enter something in that field, then click the "Full Form" button the entered data is not passed to the full form. If I save the quick create form the entered data is saved correctly.

Same problem here; can't find an answer anywhere.

Could someone explain how values are handed off from QuickCreate to Full Form?
