    Default Lost email address fields from subpanel quick-create form

    Hi,

    It's just been reported that any quick-create form that contains an email address entry field has an issue - eg, contact, lead.

    The panel for the email address is still there, as are the field labels, but the actual fields are not - see uploaded image.

    I've repaired and restarted the APC cache on the server (LAMP - sugar 5.1.0 pro).

    I've tried rebuilding it in the studio (taking the field away, saving and re-adding) and reverting to the history, but neither helps.

    Any thoughts welcome.
