Lost entry fields?

Upon adding a new text field - Purchase Made - to all layouts, the data entry fields for First Name and Requested Contact disappeared in the Quick Create layout. Does anyone know how I may be able to fix this?

When you go to Studio>Contacts>Layout>QuickCreate can you see all the fields?

Yes, all fields seem to appear as they should.

To put a close on this topic, I actually figured out how to fix it. For some reason when I created the field in Studio mode it didn't properly interact with the DB. So, all I had to do was go into Module Builder mode, re-create that field and add it to all layouts. Problem solved.
